D.R.E.A.M. is a partnership of 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Arkansas Better Chance and Pulaski County Special School District; together we are committed to providing academic support, social skills, leadership training, college preparation and career development, and recreational opportunities to students, grades Pre-Kindergarten-12 and their families. D.R.E.A.M. is dedicated to supporting economically disadvantaged

 students in efforts to build more successful families throughout our community.
